Dr. Vikram Singh brings over 25 years of experience in petroleum testing and laboratory management. A member of the BIS committee on petroleum products and an advisor to NITI Aayog on resource efficiency in lubricants, he founded Enablyst Labs with a vision to deliver world-class testing services from India.

Test reports are issued in PDF format with NABL accreditation logo (where applicable), test method references (ASTM/IP/IS), measured values, specification limits, and pass/fail indication. Hard copies with laboratory seal are available on request. Reports include QR code verification for authenticity.

Used Oil Analysis (UOA) is a condition monitoring technique that analyzes wear metals, contamination, viscosity changes, and additive depletion in lubricating oils. It is essential for power plants, steel mills, manufacturing facilities, and fleet operators to predict equipment failures and optimize maintenance schedules. Enablyst Labs offers comprehensive UOA programs with trending reports and diagnostic recommendations.
We perform a full range of transformer oil tests including Dielectric Breakdown Voltage (BDV), moisture content (Karl Fischer), acidity (TAN), interfacial tension, dissipation factor, dissolved gas analysis (DGA), furan analysis, and PCB screening. All tests follow IS 6103, IEC 60422, and ASTM D3612 standards.
Samples can be submitted in person at our Ghaziabad laboratory, via scheduled pickup, or by courier. Each sample should be properly labelled with sample ID, product type, sampling date, and requested tests. Use clean, appropriate containers (amber bottles for light-sensitive oils).
