Welcome to Enablyst Labs. By accessing our website and using our testing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Testing Services
All testing is performed per validated methods within our NABL scope of accreditation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Test reports reflect the condition of samples as received. We are not responsible for samples damaged during transit due to improper packaging by the client.
Sample Submission
Clients must provide adequate sample quantity, proper labelling, and clear test requirements. Samples must be representative of the lot being tested. Enablyst Labs reserves the right to reject samples that are insufficient, improperly labelled, or potentially hazardous.
Report Usage
Test reports issued by Enablyst Labs may not be reproduced or altered without written permission. Reports are valid for the specific sample tested and do not guarantee the quality of other batches or lots.
Limitation of Liability
Enablyst Labs liability is limited to the cost of re-testing the sample in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our test reports.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
