About the Role
Join our NABL-accredited laboratory as a Lab Technician supporting petroleum and lubricant testing operations. This role involves sample preparation, routine testing, equipment operation, and maintaining laboratory cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, register, and prepare samples for testing
- Perform routine physical and chemical tests under supervision
- Maintain laboratory equipment and consumable inventory
- Follow SOPs and maintain accurate laboratory records
- Assist senior chemists with method validation and equipment calibration
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- 0-2 years laboratory experience (freshers with strong fundamentals welcome)
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and GLP practices
- Ability to operate basic lab equipment (viscometer, flash point tester, etc.)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
